28  | 三年春正月戊戌，徙封冀王轮为相王。二月甲戌，移安东都护府于辽东。乙亥，坚昆献名马。丁亥，幸汝州之温汤。三月癸卯，黄门侍郎来恒、中书侍郎薛元超并同中书门下三品。甲辰，还东都。闰三月己巳朔，吐蕃入寇鄯、廓、河、芳等四州。乙酉，洛州牧、周王显为洮州道行军元帅，领工部尚书刘审礼等十二总管；并州都督、相王轮为凉州道行军元帅，领左卫将军契苾何力等军，以讨吐蕃。二王竟不行。戊午，敕制比用白纸，多为虫蠹，今后尚书省下诸司、州、县，宜并用黄纸。其承制敕之司，量为卷轴，以备披检。庚寅，车驾还京。 |
