6  | 夏四月丙辰，有彗星见于毕、昴之间。乙丑，上避正殿，减膳，诏内外群官各上封事，极言过失。于是群臣上言：「星虽孛而光芒小，此非国眚，不足上劳圣虑，请御正殿，复常馔。」帝曰：「朕获奉宗庙，抚临亿兆，谪见于天，诫朕之不德也，当责躬修德以禳之。」群臣复进曰：「星孛于东北，此高丽将灭之徵。」帝曰：「高丽百姓，即朕之百姓也。既为万国之主，岂可推过于小蕃！」竟不从所请。乙亥，彗星灭。辛巳，西台侍郎杨武卒。秋八月癸酉，至自九成宫。九月癸巳，司空、英国公绩破高丽，拔平壤城，擒其王高藏及其大臣男建等以归。境内尽降，其城一百七十，户六十九万七千，以其地为安东都护府，分置四十二州。 |
