38  | 五月壬戌朔。戊辰，诏：「元首股肱，君臣象类，义深同体，理在坦怀。夫任则不疑，疑则不任。然自魏、晋已降，参用霸制，虚议搜索，因习尚存。朕方推表大信，置人心腹，庶使诸侯方岳，鼓洽道化，夷貊飞走，畅泳治功。况吾台宰，又何间焉。自今已后，紫宸坐朝，众僚既退，宰臣复进奏事，其监搜宜停。」丙子，以天平军节度使、守司徒、同中书门下平章事乌重胤为横海军节度使；以前摄横海军节度副使、检校国子祭酒、侍御史李同捷检校左散骑常侍，兼兖州刺史，充兖海沂密等州节度使。就加魏博史宪诚同平章事。甲申，淮南节度、盐铁、转运等使王播来朝。丙戌夜，荧惑犯右执法。 |
