13  | 八月丁酉朔，受内禅。乙巳，即皇帝位于宣政殿。先是，连月霖雨，上即位之日晴霁，人情欣悦。丙午，升平公主进女口十五人，上曰：「太上皇不受献，朕何敢违！其还郭氏。」丁未，始御紫宸对百僚。己酉，以道州刺史路怒为邕管经略使。庚戌，荆南献龟二，诏曰：「朕以寡昧，纂承丕业，永思理本，所宝惟贤。至如嘉禾神芝，奇禽异兽，盖王化之虚美也。所以光武形于诏令，《春秋》不书祥瑞，朕诚薄德，思及前人。自今已后，所有祥瑞，但令准式申报有司，不得上闻；其奇禽异兽，亦宜停进。」癸丑，剑南西川节度使、检校太尉、中书令、南康郡王韦皋薨。甲寅，以常州刺史穆赞为宣歙池观察使，以前宣歙观察使崔衍为工部尚书。己未，以中书侍郎、平章事袁滋为剑南东西两川、山南西道安抚大使，时昌韦皋卒，刘辟据蜀邀节钺故也。辛酉，太上皇诰册良娣王氏为太上皇后。癸亥，以朝请大夫、守尚书左丞、轻车都尉、赐紫金鱼袋郑馀庆同中书门下平章事。丙寅，以饶州刺史李吉甫为考功郎中，夔州刺史唐次为吏部郎中。并知制诰。 |
