38  | 三年春正月辛未朔，亲谒太庙。癸酉，上始释惨服，御正殿受朝贺。甲戌，并、汾、绛三州地震，坏人庐舍。辛巳，南郊。戊子，躬耕籍田。己丑，大赦天下，改元为太极。内外官四品已下加一阶，三品已上加爵一级。孔宣父祠庙，本州取侧近三十户以供洒扫。天下大酺五日，特赐老人九十已上绯衫牙笏，八十已上绿衫木笏。乙未，户部尚书岑羲、左台御史大夫窦怀贞并同中书门下三品。二月丁酉，秘书增少监一员，光禄、大理、鸿胪、太府、卫尉、宗正各增置少卿一员，少府监、将作监增置少监一员，国子监增置司业一员，左右台各增置中丞一员。雍洛二州、并益荆扬四大都督府各增置司马一员，仍分为左右司马。丁亥，皇太子释奠于国学。追赠颜回为太子太师，曾参为太子太保。每年春秋释奠，以四科弟子、曾参从祀，列于二十二贤之上。辛酉，废右御史台官员。己巳，颁新格式于天下。 |
