8  | 二年，又制曰：「惟天生丞人，牧以元后；维皇立国，副以储君。将以保绥家邦，安固后嗣者也。朕纂承洪业，钦奉宝图，夜分不寝，日昃忘倦。茫茫四海，惧一人之未周；蒸蒸万姓，恐一物之失所。虽卿士竭诚，守宰宣化，缅怀庶域，仍未小康。是以求下人之变风，遵先朝之故事。皇太子基仁孝因心，温恭成德，深达礼体，能辨皇猷，宜令监国，俾尔为政。其六品以下除授及徒罪已下，并取基处分。」延和元年六月，凶党因术人闻睿宗曰：「据玄象，帝座及前星有灾，皇太子合作天子，不合更居东宫矣。」睿宗曰：「传德避灾，吾意决矣。」七月壬午，制曰： |
