10  | 二十九日壬戌，曹成陷安仁县，执河南安抚使向子諲。曹成侵安仁县，入其郛，大肆杀掠。是时，河南安抚使向子諲退在安仁，为成所执，拘于军中，遂入道州。十二月，诏百辟卿士各举所知。诏曰：「朕之不德，宗社播迁，方仰赡才思，雪神人之大耻。不有济济多士，置我周行，则不能也。且己虽贤，不若荐贤之为愈。故孟轲曰：一薛居州，独如宋王何？近得陈襄荐章，起司马光而下三十三人，德行、言语、政事文学，皆所具备。审如所荐，斯为甚矣。后世瞻之以襄，为何如人耶？今宣示百辟卿士，可各举尔所知。应内外侍从须得举三人以上，在外令三省镂板行下。诸监司、郡国，备録申牒。诸寄居到，限五日，具名同罪保举，缴连以闻。举得其人，当受上赏。其或不当，宜坐谬举之罪，无以先得罪于朝廷。及蔡京、王黼门人为嫌，惟善所在而公举之，朕将亲选焉」。八日辛未，吕颐浩奏乞通京东、河北商贾。先是，刘豫置𣙜场，通南北之货，吕颐浩亦以为便，乃奏通商贾，方商贾未通也，甘草一两为钱，一贯二百，而市亦无卖，如生姜、陈皮之类，在北方亦皆阙乏。 邵青受招安，为枢宻院水军总制。先是，杜充守建康时，有秉义郎赵祥者，监水门，金人渡江，邵青聚衆，而祥为青所得，青受招安祥始得脱身归，乃依于内侍困，困善小说，上喜听之，困思得《新事编》小说，乃令祥具说青自聚衆已后踪迹，并其徒党忠诈及强弱之本，末其祥，缀次序，侍上则说之，故上知青可用，而喜单德忠之忠义。 |
