5  | 八年正月，车驾驻跸临安府。八日乙未，知临安府吕頥浩乃赴行在。十四日辛丑，伪知蔡州刘永夀杀乌噜贝勒率，城中老少来降。刘永夀伪知蔡州，为淮西安抚使，乌噜贝勒为副，永夀以小隙劾乌噜之罪，金人移乌噜为徳州同知，未几，忽报乌噜贝勒，以金人兵三千徒马来蔡州，提辖白安时请永夀来归，永夀不从，曰：「若朝廷赐我死，当死之！」惧谋泄，即拘永夀，勒蔡州兵以待之，乌噜贝勒以其衆入城，不为备，安时乗势尽杀之，遂驱城中老少来岳，飞遣张宪等往接纳之，老少多有复回不来者，授安时武功大夫、髙州刺史，是时亳州宋超亦来降，又中原士庶，以金人废齐之后，多有挈老少来江南，兼郦琼叛兵复有囘归者，沿淮诸州皆招纳应接之不暇矣。二月七日癸亥，车驾𤼵建康府。 车驾在建康府，参知政事张守常谓建康自六朝为帝王都，江流险濶，气象雄伟，正宜据㑹要以经理中原，依险阻以捍御强敌，可为别都，以图恢复，毎对，必为上言之，宰相赵鼎欲还临安，守与鼎议于都省，不合，又请对，上守曰：「臣昨日都省已与赵鼎言之矣，陛下至建康，席未及暖，今又巡幸，六司六军有勤动之苦，民力邦用有烦费之忧，愿小安于此，以系中原民心」。上曰：「卿之言是」。鼎独毅然不能夺守，既而罢去。 韩世忠、岳飞来朝。 王庶为兵部尚书，王庶为兵部侍郎。对便殿，口陈手画秦、蜀形势利害。奏上，喜之，即迁本部尚书。 |
