《卷三十四英宗之立》

仁宗景佑二年春二月，育宗室子宗实于宫中。宗实，太宗之曾孙，商王元份之孙，江宁节度使允让之子也。帝未有储嗣，取入宫，命皇后抚鞠之，生四年矣。

四年十一月，汝南王允让卒，追封濮王。允让天资浑厚，内宽外庄，喜怒不见于色，知大宗正寺二十年。宗子有好学者，勉进之以善。若不率教则劝戒之，至不变，始正其罪，故皆畏服。及卒，谥安懿。以其子宗实育宫中，故恤典有加。
