明查志隆撰，谭耀、詹仰庇参修。志隆字鸣治，海宁人。嘉靖己未进士，官至山东布政司左参政。耀，东莞人。万历丁丑进士，官至监察御史。仰庇，安溪人。嘉靖乙丑进士，官至刑部侍郎。是编乃志隆官山东盐司同知时所作。耀时巡盐长芦，仰庇时为山东按察司副使。正统中，命长芦巡盐御史兼理山东盐法。隆庆五年，又令山东驿传副使兼管盐法，故皆得与志隆裁订焉。
