1  | 明杨博撰。博字惟约，蒲州人，嘉靖己丑进士，官至吏部尚书，谥襄毅，事迹具《明史》本传。此集为其子士俊所编。始嘉靖三十四年，迄隆庆六年，皆博为兵部尚书时所上。故名曰《本兵疏议》。是时倭寇乱于南，谱达侵于北。请饷请兵，羽檄旁午。故案牍之繁，至于如是。考本传，称博于肃州奏金塔之功，蓟镇著马兰之绩，大同有牛心之捷。西北兵机，为所素习，宜其言之颇悉。然当时倭患之不熄，由经略内倚权相，颠倒是非。博身居本兵，不能纠赵文华之奸，辨张经之枉。其依违牵就，抑亦不无可议矣。***《台省疏稿》八卷 |
