1  | 明周孔教撰。孔教字明行，临川人，万历庚辰进士，官至右都御史，总理河道。是集凡《西台疏稿》二卷、《中州疏稿》五卷、《江南疏稿》九卷。其《西台疏》内极论赵志皋、石星等封日本弃朝鲜之非。《江南疏》内停织造、止加派及丁未救荒诸疏，尤具见风力。其馀则案牍之文为多。据《赵南星序》，此集乃孔教由应天巡抚迁总督河道时所刊。其时吴中士民请留孔教，言者劾为孔教阴使之。孔教由此去国，乃裒刊平日之疏，使南星序之。而顾宪成、高攀龙亦为之序。 |
