1  | 明尹耕撰。耕字子莘，蔚州人，嘉靖壬辰进士，官至河南按察司佥事。明嘉靖四年，广西土舍李寰、卢四、赵楷等煽乱，副使翁万达以计讨平之，而未蒙迁擢。耕因作是书纪其功。然书中于卢四煽九司作乱及韦应附从诸事，俱未能悉叙，未免脱略，不及《明史》《张经》、《翁万达》及《土司列传》中载此事为详也。 |
| 1 | 明尹耕撰。耕有《南泰纪略》，已著录。是书作于嘉靖庚戌，皆言捍御塞北诸部之术。一曰迁情，二曰形势，三曰城塞，四曰乘塞，五曰出塞，六曰抽丁，七曰官军户，八曰练习，九曰保马，十曰民堡，十一曰审几。耕以边才自负，其言颇纵横博辨，然亦书生纸上之谈也。 |
