1  | 明徐用诚撰，刘纯续增。用诚字彦纯，会稽人。纯字宗厚，咸宁人。用诚原本，名《医学折衷》，分中风、痿伤风、痰饮、滞下、泄泻、疟、头痛、头眩、咳逆、痞满、吐酸、痓疠、风痫、破伤风、损伤十七类。纯以其条例未备，又益以咳嗽、热火、暑、湿、燥、寒、疮疡、气血、内伤、虚损、积聚、消渴、水气、脚气、诸疝、反胃、胀满、喉痹、淋閟、眼目、牙齿、腰痛、腹痛、心痛、斑疹、黄疸、霍乱、厥痹、妇人、小儿三十三类，始改今名。仍于目录各注续添字，以相辨识，或于用诚原本十七类中有所附论，亦注续添字以别之。是二人相继而成，本书可据。《明史·艺文志》惟著刘纯之名，盖失考也。其书虽皆采掇诸家旧论旧方，而各附案语，多所订正，非餖飣抄撮者可比。嘉靖庚寅，延平黄焯刻于永州，首载杨士奇序，知二人皆明初人。士奇序谓二人皆私淑朱震亨，今观其书，信然。又谓北方张元素再传李杲，三传王好古，南方朱震亨得私淑焉。 |
