119  | 四年，磨勘京朝官之司曰审官院，幕职官、县官曰考课院。诏翰林学士钱若水、枢密直学士刘昌言同知审官院事，凡京朝官考较功过，以定任使之升降，皆其职也。又以判流内铨、翰林学士苏易简，虞部员外郎、知制诰王旦等同知考课院。凡常调选人，流内铨主之；奏举及历任有私累者，考课院主之。 |
