34  | 十六年春正月辛未，舆驾亲祠南郊，诏曰：「朕当扆思治，政道未明，昧旦劬劳，亟移星纪。今太皞御气，句芒首节，升中就阳，禋敬克展，务承天休，布兹和泽。尤贫之家，勿收今年三调。其无田业者，所在量宜赋给。若民有产子，即依格优蠲。孤老鳏寡不能自存，咸加赈恤。班下四方。诸州郡县，时理狱讼，勿使冤滞，并若亲览。」二月庚戌，老人星见，甲寅，以安前将军豫章王综为南徐州刺史。三月丙子，河南王遣使献方物。夏四月甲子，初去宗庙牲。潮沟获白雀一。六月戊申，以庐陵王绩为江州刺史。七月丁丑，以郢州刺史安成王秀为镇北将军、雍州刺史。八月辛丑，老人星见。扶南、婆利国各遣使献方物。冬十月，去宗庙荐修，始用蔬果。 |
