28  | 乙酉，至辽东。丙戌，渡辽水。辽泽泥潦，车马不通，命长孙无忌将万人，翦草填道，水深处以车为梁，上自系薪于马鞘以助役。将，即亮翻。鞘，所交翻，鞭鞘也。按孔颖达礼记正义曰：弓头为鞘。此所谓马鞘，盖马鞍头也。冬十月丙申朔，上至蒲沟驻马，督填道诸军渡渤错水，蒲沟，渤错水，皆在辽泽中。暴风雪，士卒沾湿多死者，敕然火于道以待之。 |
