16  | 甲子，圭分尚书三十六曹及外署，凡置三百六十曹，令八部大夫主之。八部大夫，恐当作「八部大人」。魏王圭天兴元年，置八部大人于皇城，四方、四维一面置一人，以拟八座，谓之八国，各有属官，常侍、待诏直左右，出入王命。吏部尚书崔宏通署三十六曹，如令、仆统事。置《五经》博士，增国子太学生员合三千人。 |
