41  | 丙戌，突厥毗伽可汗遣其大臣梅录啜入贡。吐蕃之寇瓜州也，遗毗伽书，欲与之俱入寇，遗，于季翻。毗伽并献其书。上嘉之，听于西受降城为互市，降，户江翻。每岁赍缣帛数十万匹就市戎马，以助军旅，且为监牧之种，种，章勇翻。由是国马益壮焉。 |
