65  | 己未，大赦。裕募人为兵，赏之同京口赴义之科。裕起兵于京口以讨桓玄，赴义之人酬赏重于当时。发民治石头城。治，直之翻。议者谓宜分兵守诸津要，裕曰：「贼衆我寡，若分兵屯守，则测人虚实；且一处失利，则沮三军之心。沮，在吕翻。今聚衆石头，随宜应赴，旣令彼无以测多少，少，诗沼翻。又于衆力不分。若徒旅转集，徐更论之耳。」 |
