21  | 丙辰，幽州奏契丹屯捺剌泊。时幽州有备，契丹寇掠不得其志。契丹主西徙横帐，居捺剌泊，出寇云、朔之间。薛史本纪，是年十一月，云州契契丹主在黑榆林南捺剌泊治造攻城之具。是后石敬瑭镇河东，因契丹部落近在云、应，遂资其兵力以取中国，而燕、云十六州之地遂皆为北方引弓之民。捺，奴葛翻。剌，来达翻。 |
