100  | 自叔文归第，王伾失据，日诣宦官及杜佑请起叔文为相，杜佑时为首相，故请之。且总北军；既不获，则请以为威远军使、平章事，据旧郭子仪传：肃宗上元元年，以子仪为诸道兵马都统，令帅英武、威远等禁军及诸镇之师取范阳。既而为鱼朝恩所沮不行。则威远军，肃宗置也。至德宗时，以左、右威远营隶鸿胪。贾耽以鸿胪卿兼威远军使。至元和二年，敕：「左右威远营置来已久，著在国章，其英武军并合并入左、右威远营。」其后遂以宦官为使，不复隶鸿胪。宋白曰：左、右威远营本属鸿胪寺，建中元年七月隶金吾。又不得；其党皆忧悸不自保。悸，其季翻。是日，伾坐翰林中，疏三上，不报，上，时掌翻。知事不济，行且卧，至夜，忽叫曰：「伾中风矣！」中，竹仲翻。明日，遂舆归不出。己丑，以仓部郎中、判度支案陈谏为河中少尹；唐诸都各置尹一人；少尹二人，从四品下，掌贰府州之事，岁终则更次入计。伾、叔文之党至是始去。 |
