27  | 乙丑，命有司告天地、宗庙、社稷。丁卯，遣使宣谕州、镇。皆言受禅于唐也。戊辰，大赦，考异曰：梁实录、编遣录、薜史、唐馀录皆不云大赦；今从欧阳史。改元，改元开平。国号大梁。奉唐昭宣帝为济阴王，曹州济阴郡。济，子礼翻。皆如前代故事；唐中外旧臣官爵并如故。以汴州为开封府，命曰东都；以故东都为西都；癈故西京，以京兆府为大安府，置佑国军于大安府。唐以长安为西京，洛阳为东京。今梁都大梁，在洛阳之东，故以洛阳为西都，大梁为东都，而以长安为大安府。更名魏博曰天雄军。通鉴二百六十四卷昭宗天佑元年四月，已书「更命魏博曰天雄军」，盖亦出朱全忠之意，此复出也，但未知更军额的在何年。更，工衡翻。迁济阴王于曹州，栫之以棘，用左传语。栫，在甸翻，围也。使甲士守之。 |
