74  | 闰月，吐蕃首都逻些城寇鄯、廓、河、芳等州，宋白曰：叠州常芬县，旧为吐谷浑所据，周武成三年，逐诸羌，始有其地，乃于三交筑城，置甘松防，又为三川县，以隶常香郡。建德三年，改三川为常芬县，仍立芳州，以邑隶焉，取地多芳草以名州。隋废州，唐复置。吐，从暾入声。鄯，时战翻。敕左监门卫中郎将令狐智通发兴、凤等州兵以御之。兴州，汉武都沮县地。后魏改为略阳县，江左为武兴藩王国。后魏以为武兴郡，置兴州，改略阳县为顺政县。凤州，汉故道河池县地。晋为仇池氐所据，后魏置梁泉县，西魏废帝置凤州。鄯，时战翻。监，古衔翻。将，即亮翻。己卯，诏以吐蕃犯塞，停封中岳。乙酉，以洛州牧周王显为洮州道行军元帅，将工部尚书刘审礼等十二总管，并州大都督相王轮为凉州道行军元帅，将左卫大将军契苾何力等，以讨吐蕃。洮，土刀翻。帅，所类翻。将，即亮翻。并，卑经翻。契，欺讫翻。苾，毗必翻。二王皆不行。 |
