55  | 是岁，回鹘入贡，始以摩尼偕来，于中国置寺处之。回鹘之摩尼，犹中国之僧也；其教与一竺又异。按唐书会要十九卷：回鹘可汗王令明教僧进法入唐。大历三年六月二十九日，敕赐回鹘摩尼，为之置寺，赐额为大云光明。六年正月，敕赐荆、洪、越等州各置大云光明寺一所。唐史补卷：蕃人常与摩尼僧议政，京城为之立寺。其法，日晚乃食，饮水茹荤而不食乳酪。其大摩尼，数年一度来往本国，小者年转。唐史回鹘列传：元和初，再朝献，始以摩尼至，日晏乃食。可汗常与甘国也。处，昌吕翻。其法日晏乃食，食荤而不食湩酪。荤，许云翻，辛臭菜也。湩，多贡翻，乳汁也。回鹘信奉之，可汗或与议国事。 |
