53  | 秋七月庚子，税天下青苗钱以给百官俸。乾元以来，天下用兵，京师百寮，俸钱减耗。上即位，推恩庶寮，下议公卿，或言税亩有苗者，公私咸济。乃分遣宪官税天下地青苗钱，充百司课料。宋白曰：大历五年五月，诏京兆府应徵青苗、地头钱等，承前青苗钱，每亩徵十五文，地头钱，每亩徵二十五文，自今已后，宜一切以青苗钱为名，每亩减五文，徵三十五文，随徵夏税时据数徵纳。八年，每亩率十五文。俸，方用翻。 |
