100  | 夏四月庚子朔，禁铁锡钱。时湖南专用锡钱，铜钱一直锡钱百，流入中国，法不能禁。马殷得湖南，铸锡为钱，本用之境内，其后遂流入中国。五代会要：同光二年三月敕：「泉布之弊，杂以铅锡，江湖之外，盗铸尤多，市肆之间，公行无畏。因是纲商挟带，舟载往来，换易好钱，藏贮富室，实为蠹弊，须有条流。宜令京城及诸道于市行使钱内点检，杂恶铅锡并宜禁断。沿江州县，每有舟船到岸，严加觉察，若私载往来，并宜收纳。」天成元年十二月敕：「行使铜钱之内，如闻挟带铁钱，若不严加科流，转恐私加铸造。应中外所使铜钱内铁鑞钱即宜毁弃，不得辄更有行使。如违，其所使钱不计多少，并纳入官，仍科深罪。」盖铁锡钱之禁旧矣，今又申严之而不能禁也。 |
