16  | 庚寅，李晟大陈兵，谕以数复京城。先是，姚令言等屡遣訑人觇晟进军之期，先，悉荐翻。訑，徒协翻。觇，丑廉翻。皆为逻骑所获。逻，郎佐翻，巡察者也。晟引示以所陈兵，谓曰：「归语诸贼：语，牛倨翻。努力固守，勿不忠于贼也！」皆饮之酒，饮，于禁翻。给钱而纵之。遂引兵至通化门外，曜武而还，还，从宣翻，又如字。贼不敢出。晟召诸将，问兵所从入，皆请「先取外城，据坊市，然后北攻宫阙。」晟曰：「坊市狭隘，贼若伏兵格鬬，居人惊乱，非官军之利也。今贼重兵皆聚苑中，不若自苑北攻之，溃其腹心，贼必奔亡。如此，则宫阙不残，坊市无扰，策之上者也！」诸将皆曰：「善！」乃牒浑瑊及镇国节度使骆元光、商州节度使尚可孤，刻期集于城下。京城之下也。 |
