144  | 庚申，白简、白狗羌并遣使入贡。「白简」，恐当伯「白兰」，《隋书》附国有白兰、白狗等种，风俗略同党项，或役属于吐谷浑，或附附国。《新书》：白兰羌，吐蕃谓之丁零，左属党项，右与多弥接，胜兵万人，勇战鬬，善作兵器。武德六年，使者入朝，明年以其地为维、恭二州。白狗羌与东会州接，胜兵才千人。使，疏吏翻。 |
