| 13 | 庚辰，初定功臣实封有差。唐爵九等：一曰王，食邑万户，正一品；二曰嗣王、郡王，食邑五千户，从一品；三曰国公，食邑三千户，从一品；四曰开国郡公，食邑二千户，正二品；五曰开国县公，食邑千五百户，从二品；六曰开国县侯，食邑千户，从三品；七曰开国县伯，食邑七百户，正四品上；八曰开国县子，食邑五百户，正五品上；九曰开国县男，食邑三百户，从五品上。凡封户，三丁以上为率，岁租三之一入于朝廷；食实封者，得真户分食诸州。 |
