119  | 文昌言于上曰：「今岁礼部殊不公，殊，绝也。」所取进士皆子弟无艺，言皆公卿子弟，无艺能也。以关节得之。」唐人谓相属请为关节，此语至今犹然。上以问诸学士，德裕、稹、绅皆曰：「诚如文昌言。」上乃命中书舍人王起等覆试。覆，审也。再引试取中进士以审其实才曰覆试。夏四月丁丑，诏黜朗等十人，考异曰：郑覃传曰：「朗，长庆元年登进士甲科。」此盖言其始者登科耳。贬徽江州刺史，宗闵剑州刺史，汝士开江令。江州，京师东南二千九百四十八里。剑州，京师南一千六百六十二里。开江，汉朐鉄县地，梁置汉丰县，西魏改曰永宁县，隋改曰盛山，唐代宗广德元年改曰开江，带开州。 |
