45  | 帝之起凤翔也，召兴州刺史刘遂清，迟疑不至。闻帝入洛，乃悉集三泉、西县、金牛、桑林戍兵以归，自散关以南城镇悉弃之，皆为蜀人所有。癸未，入朝，帝欲治罪，以其能自归，乃赦之。边境之臣委弃城镇，乃以其能自归而不诛，安有效死弗去者乎！治，直之翻。遂清，鄩之侄也。 |
