4  | 夏四月庚子朔，禁铁鑞钱。壬寅，重修广寿殿成，有司请以丹漆金碧饰之，帝曰：「此殿经焚，不可不修，但务宏壮，不劳华侈。」湖南奏，败荆南贼军于石首镇。诏沿边置场买马，不许蕃部直至阙下。先是，党项诸蕃凡将到马，无驽良并云上进，国家虽约其价以给之，及计其馆谷锡赉，所费不可胜纪。计司以为耗蠹中华，遂止之。壬子，以皇子北京留守、河东节度使从荣为河南尹，判六军诸卫事；以皇子河南尹、判六军诸卫事从厚为北京留守；以河阳节度使赵延寿为宋州节度使；以侍卫亲军都指挥使、镇南军节度使康义诚为河阳节度使。契丹寇云州。癸丑，契丹遣纽赫美棱等复率其属来朝贡，称取托诺等骸骨，并斩于北市。甲寅，以端明殿学士赵凤为门下侍郎兼工部尚书、平章事。丙辰，谏议大夫致仕、袭文宣公孔邈卒。庚申，以王建立、孔循带中书直省吏归籓，并追回。壬戌，幽州节度使赵德钧兼北面行营招讨使，镇州节度使范延光加检校太傅。戊辰，中书奏：「五月一日，应在京九品已上官，及诸道进奉使，请准贞元七年敕，就位起居，永为恒式。」从之。 |
