19  | 戊申，帝召郭崇韬谓曰：「朕思在德胜寨时，霍彦威、段凝皆予之勍敌。终日格斗，战声相闻，安知二年之间，在吾庑下。吾无少康、光武之才，一旦重兴基构者，良由二三勋德同心辅翼故也。朕有时梦寝，如在戚城，思念曩时挑战鏖兵，劳则劳矣，然而扬旌伐鼓，差慰人心，残垒荒沟，依然在目。予欲按德胜故寨，与卿再陈旧事。」崇韬曰：「此去澶州不远，陛下再观战地，益知王业之艰难，岂不韪哉！」己酉，车驾发邺宫。辛亥，至德胜城。登城四望，指战阵之处以谕宰臣。渡河南观废栅旧址，至杨村寨，沿河至戚城，置酒作乐而罢。壬子，淮南杨溥遣使朝贡。东京副留守张宪奏，诸营家口一千二百人逃亡，以艰食故也。时宫苑使王允平、伶人景进为帝广采宫人，不择良家委巷，殆千馀人，车驾不给，载以牛车，累累于路焉。庚辰，车驾至自邺。辛酉，诏本朝以雍州为西京，洛州为东都，并州为北都。近以魏州为东京，宜依旧以洛京为东都，魏州改为邺都，与北都并为次府。 |
