18  | 十三年春正月辛亥，祀圜丘。初备大驾。乙丑，兖州人王伯㳟聚衆劳山，自称齐王，东莱镇将孔伯孙讨斩之。戊辰，齐人冦边，淮南太守王僧隽击走之。二月庚子，引羣臣访政道得失损益之宜。三月，夏州刺史章武王彬以贪财削封。夏四月丁丑，诏曰：「升楼散物，以赉百姓，至使人马腾践，多有毁伤。今可断之，以本所费之物，赐穷老贫独者」。州镇十五大饥，诏所在开仓振恤。五月庚戍，祀方泽。六月，汝隂王天赐、南安王祯并坐赃贿，免为庶人。秋七月，立孔子庙于京师。八月乙亥，诏兼员外散骑常侍邢産使于齐。九月，出宫人赐北镇人贫鳏寡者。冬十月己未，安丰王猛薨。十二月丙子，司空、河东王茍頽薨。甲午，齐人来聘。己亥，以尚书令尉元为司徒，左仆射穆亮为司空。是歳，高丽、吐谷、浑、隂平、中赤、武兴、宕昌等国各遣使朝贡。 |
