78  | 四年春三月乙未，赐京师人年七十以上，太官厨食，以终其年。皇子胡仁薨，追封乐陵王。夏四月癸亥，上幸西苑，亲射猛虎三头。五月壬辰，侍中、渔阳王尉眷薨。壬寅，行幸隂山。秋七月壬午，诏曰：「朕毎嵗闲月，命羣臣讲武，所幸之处，必立宫坛，靡费之功，劳损非一，宜仍旧贯，何必改作也？」八月丙寅，遂田于河西。九月辛巳，车驾还宫。冬十月，以定、相二州霣霜伤稼，免其田租。诏员外散骑常侍游明根使于宋。十二月辛丑，诏以䘮葬嫁娶，大礼未备，命有司为之条格，使贵贱有章，上下咸序，著之于令。壬寅，诏曰：「婚姻者，人道之始。比者以来，贵族之门，多不率法，或贪利财赂，或因縁私好，在于茍合，无所择选，尘秽清化，亏损人伦，将何以宣示典谟，垂之来裔？今制皇族、肺腑、王公侯伯及士庻之家，不得与百工伎巧卑姓为婚，犯者加罪。 |
