22  | 二十年春正月丁邜，诏改姓元氏。壬辰，封始平王勰为彭城王，复封定㐮王鸾为城阳王。二月辛丑，幸华林，听讼于都亭。壬寅，诏自非金革，皆听终三年丧。丙午，诏畿内七十已上，暮春赴京师，将行养老礼。庚戍，幸华林，听讼于都亭。癸丑，诏介山之邑，听为寒食，自无禁断。三月丙寅，宴羣臣及国老、庶老于华林园。诏国老黄耇以上，假中散大夫、郡守老至年以上，假给事中、县令。庶老直假郡县。各赐鸠杖衣裳。丁丑，诏诸州中正各举其乡人，望年五十已上，守素衡门者，授以令长。夏五月丙子，诏敦劝农功，令畿内严加课督，惰业者申以楚挞，力田者具以名闻。丙戍，初营方泽于河隂，遣使以太牢祭汉光武及明、章三帝陵。又诏汉、魏、晋诸帝陵，各禁方百歩不得樵苏践藉。丁亥，祀方泽。秋七月，废皇后冯氏。戊寅，帝以久旱，咸秩羣神。自癸未不食，至于乙酉，是夜澍雨大洽。八月壬辰朔，幸华林园，亲録囚徒，减降本罪二等决遣之。丁巳，南安王祯薨。幸华林园听讼。九月戊辰，车驾閲武于小平津。癸酉，还宫。丁亥，将通洛水入榖，帝亲临观。庚寅晦，日有蚀之。冬十月戊戍，以代迁之士皆为羽林、虎贲。司州之人，十二夫调一吏，为四年更卒，歳开番假，以供公私力役。己酉，曲赦京师。十一月乙酉，复封前汝隂王天赐孙景和为汝隂王，前京兆王大兴为西河王。十二月甲子，以西北州郡旱俭，遣侍臣廵察，开仓振恤。乙丑，开盐池禁。丙寅，废皇太子恂为庶人。戊辰，置常平仓。乐陵王思誉知恒州刺史穆泰谋反，不告，削爵为庶人。 |
