41  | 永兴元年冬十月壬午，皇帝即位，大赦，改元。追尊皇妣为宣穆皇后。公卿大臣先罢归第者，悉复登用之。诏南平公长孙嵩、北新侯安同对理人讼，简贤任能。是月，冯跋杀其主高云，僭号天王，国号北燕。闰十月丁亥，朱提王悦谋反，赐死。诏都兵将军、山阳侯奚斤廵诸州问人疾苦。十二月戊戍，封卫王仪子良为南阳王，进隂平公烈爵为王。改封高凉王乐真为平阳王。己亥，帝始居西宫，御天文殿。蠕蠕犯塞。是嵗，乞伏乾归自称秦王。二年春正月甲寅朔，诏南平公长孙嵩等北征蠕蠕，因留屯漠南。夏五月，嵩等自大漠还，蠕蠕追围之于牛川。壬申，帝北伐蠕蠕。蠕蠕闻而遁走，车驾还幸参合陂。六月，晋将刘裕灭慕容起。秋七月丁巳，立射台于陂西，仍讲武。乙丑，至自北伐。 |
