32  | 三年春正月戊午，材官将军和突破卢溥于辽西，获之，及其子焕𫝊送京师，轘之。癸亥，祀北郊，分命诸官循行州郡，观风俗，察举不法。二月丁亥，诏有司祀日于东郊。始耕籍田。壬寅，皇子聪薨。三月戊午，立皇后慕容氏。是月，穿城南渠通于城内，作东西鱼池。夏四月，姚兴遣使朝贡。五月戊辰，诏谒者仆射张济使于姚兴。己巳，东廵，遂幸涿鹿，遣使者以太牢祀帝尧帝舜庙。西幸马邑，观灅源。六月庚辰朔，日有蚀之。秋七月，乞伏乾归，大为姚兴所破。壬子，车驾还宫，起中天殿及云母堂、金华室。时太史屡奏天文错乱，帝亲览经占，多云宜改王易政。于是数革官号，欲以防塞凶狡，消弭灾变。已而虑臣下疑惑。冬十二月丙申，下诏述成败之理，鍳殷周之失，革秦、汉之弊，以喻臣下。是嵗，河右诸郡奉李暠为秦凉二州牧、凉公。 |
