31  | 二年春正月甲子，初祀上帝于南郊，以始祖神元皇帝配，降坛视燎，成礼而反。乙丑，赦京师，始制三驾之法。庚子，北廵，分命诸将大袭高车，常山王遵三军从东道出长川，高原王乐真等七军从西道出牛川，车驾亲勒六军从中道，自驳髯水西北出。二月丁亥朔，诸军同㑹破高车杂种三十馀部，卫王仪督三将别从西北絶漠千馀里，破其遗迸七部，还次牛川，及薄山，并刻石纪功，以所获髙车衆起鹿苑于南台隂，北距长城，东苞白登，属之西山，广轮数十里，凿渠引武川水注之苑中，疏为三沟，分流宫城内外，又穿鸿雁池。三月己未，车驾至自北伐。甲子，初令《五经》羣书各置博士，増国子太学生员三千人。是月，氐人李辩叛慕容徳，求援于邺，行台尚书和跋以轻骑应之，尅滑台，收徳宫人府藏。秋七月，起天华殿。辛酉，大閲于鹿苑。八月，増启京城十二门，作西武库，除州郡人租赋之半。辛亥，诏礼官备撰衆仪，著于新令。范阳人卢溥聚衆海濵，称幽州刺史，攻掠郡县，杀幽州刺史封沓于。是月，秃髪乌孤死，其弟利鹿孤立，遣使朝贡。冬十月，太庙成，迁神元、平文、昭成、献明皇帝神主于太庙。十二月，天华殿成。吕光立其子绍为天王，自称太上皇。及死，庻子纂杀绍而僭立。 |
