55  | 四年春正月乙酉，车驾至自西伐，赐留台文武各有差，从人在道多死，到者裁十六七。己亥，行幸幽州，赫连昌遣其弟定向长安，帝闻之，遣就隂山伐木造攻具。二月，车驾还宫。三月丙午，诏执金吾桓贷造桥于君子津。丁丑，广平王连薨。夏四月丁未，诏员外散骑常侍步堆使于宋。五月，车驾西讨赫连昌，次拔隣山，筑城舍辎重，以轻骑三万先行，戊戍至黒水，帝亲祈天，告祖宗之灵而誓衆。六月癸邜朔，日有蚀之。甲辰，大破赫连昌，昌奔上邽。乙巳，车驾入城，虏昌羣弟及其母妹妻妾、宫人万数，府库珍寳车旗噐物不可胜计。辛酉，班师，留常山王素执金吾桓贷镇统万。秋七月己邜，筑坛于祚岭，戯马驰射，赐中者金帛缯絮各有差。蠕蠕寇云中，闻破赫连昌，惧而逃。八月壬子，车驾至自西伐，饮至䇿勲告宗庙，班军实以赐留台百寮，各有差。冬十一月，以氐王杨元为假征南大将军、都督、梁州刺史、南秦王。十二月，行幸中山，守宰贪汚免者十数人。癸邜，车驾还宫，复所过田租之半。 |
