41  | 二十二年春正月辛夘朔，改用御史中丞何承天元嘉新厯。二月甲戍，立皇子禕为东海王，昶为义阳王。秋七月己未，以尚书仆射孟顗为左仆射，中护军何尚之为右仆射。九月己未，开酒禁。癸酉，宴于武帐堂。上将行，勑诸子且勿食，至㑹所赐馔。日旰食不至，有饥色。上诫之曰：「汝曹少长丰佚，不见百姓艰难，今使尔识有饥苦，知以节俭期物」。冬十二月乙未，太子詹事范晔谋反，及党与皆伏诛。丁酉，免大将军彭城王义康为庶人，絶属籍。是冬，浚淮，起湖，熟废田千馀顷。 |
