| 1 | 高邦佐，字以道，山西襄陵人。万历己未进士，授寿光知县，招抚流移，为山东循良第一。入为户部主事，出守永平，升副使备兵天津，升陕西参政，丁艰归。服阕，备兵蓟州，寻乞义归。会辽事孔棘，奉命以参政兼佥事，分巡东宁。顾经、抚不和，西酋内讧，势且莫支。公不得已，具文请告，已得允，而正月二十日大兵渡三坌河矣。 |
