刑部尚书王纪字维理，芮城人。再疏劾㴶，比之蔡京，㴶亦劾纪庇熊廷弼狱。廷弼荐辽阳佟卜年为监军佥事，张鹤鸣行边，以卜年尝通李永芳，欲因以甚廷弼之罪。镇抚司狱具，移刑部，纪舆员外郎顾大章辨其诬改轻比，故㴶劾之。 顾大章，字伯钦，常熟人。诏两解之，未㡬，纪削籍去。叶向高言：「纪㴶交攻，俱失大臣体，独斥纪如公论何？」㴶不自安，乃引去。自㴶首进募兵之说结交阍寺，遂开内操，朝议恶之，归后逾年卒。。
