136  | 冬十一月，诏廷臣举堪任御史、知县者各一人。十二月，下兵部尚书王骥于狱寻释之。王振初用事，欲令朝臣畏已，㑹骥议边事，五日，未奏振教。帝召骥面责之曰：「卿等欺朕年幼邪？」遂执骥及右侍郎邝埜下狱，寻释之。未几，右都御史陈智劾张辅回奏稽延，并劾科道不举奏，帝释辅不问，杖御史、给事中各二十。自是言官承振风指，屡摭大臣过自公、侯、驸马伯及尚书、都御史以下，无不被劾，或下狱，或荷校，甚至谴谪殆无虚岁。 |
