20  | 八年春正月辛亥朔，诏曰：「昔犬贼纵暴，宫室焚荡，元恶虽翦，未暇营筑。有司屡陈，朝会逼狭，遂作斯宫，子来之劳，不日而成。既获临御，大飨群后，九宾充诞，百官象物。知君子勤礼，小人尽力矣。思蠲密纲，咸同斯惠，其赦五岁刑以下。」令诸郡举力人能举千五百斤以上者。丙寅，李雄将李寿陷宁州，刺史尹奉及建宁太守霍彪并降之。癸酉，以张骏为镇西大将军。丙子，石勒遣使致赂，诏焚之。夏四月，诏封故新蔡王弼弟邈为新蔡王。以束帛徵处士寻阳翟汤、会稽虞喜。五月，有星陨于肥乡。麒麟、驺虞见于辽东。乙未，车骑将军、辽东公慕容廆卒，子皝嗣位。六月甲辰，抚军将军王舒卒。秋七月戊辰，石勒死，子弘嗣伪位，其将石聪以谯来降。冬十月，石弘将石生起兵于关中，称秦州刺史，遣使来降。石弘将石季龙攻石朗于洛阳，因进击石生，俱灭之。十二月，石生故部将郭权遣使请降。 |
