江西南、贑诸郡多盗，率献赀，强宗投为仆，事发，辄相倚庇，拒有司不就捕，圭请连坐其主以清盗薮，法司议从之，而㤗和尹直新建谢一䕫，皆怒圭，竟谪官广西命下，一䕫喜，谓人曰：「圭之谬也，非吾孜省密啓于帝，吾乡缙绅尚得高枕乎？」人乃知圭之左降李孜省力也。郑时自十九年抚陜西，频嵗大饯，人相食，请于朝，发帑金十万，转漕四十石，躬督属吏，给振铢粒，皆有籍，无敢渔者，所全活甚衆。㑹孜省以灾异贬，顷之，复用事，与梁芳乱政如故，时闻之，叹曰：「如此则灾未有已也，吾安可以外吏！」循黙遂条上五事，曰：「尽诚敬以回天意，明义理以杜妖妄，减供奉以苏民困，重名器以待有功，罢传奉以抑侥幸，盖为芳孜省发也。疏入，寻有贵州参政之贬，陜民哭送之，至遮道不得行。帝闻颇悔，为斥传奉官十人，系六人献，诏自今中㫖授官者俱覆奏，然不罪芳孜省也。时有御史姜昂者，亦愤孜省等乱政，倡同官疏劾其罪，帝怒昂妄言，杖午门外。质实，㤗和，隋改西昌县，置太和元升州，明改太和县，属吉安府，新建宋析南昌县地置，明属南昌府，今并因之。闵圭，字朝瑛，乌程人。郑时字宗良，舒城人。姜昂，字恒俯，太仓州人。谢一䕫，字大韶，新建人，初冐姓，王后改。
