12  | 五年春正月壬寅，皇太子始总百揆。侍中、中书监、宜都王穆寿，司徒、东郡公崔浩，侍中、广平公张黎，侍中、建兴公古弼，辅太子以决庶政。诸上书者皆称臣，上疏仪与表同。戊申，诏曰：「愚民无识，信惑妖邪，私养师巫，挟藏谶记、阴阳、图纬、方伎之书；又沙门之徒，假西戎虚诞，生致妖孽。非所以壹齐政化，布淳德于天下也。自王公已下至于庶人，有私养沙门、师巫及金银工巧之人在其家者，皆遣诣官曹，不得容匿。限今年二月十五日，过期不出，师巫、沙门身死，主人门诛。明相宣告，咸使闻知。」庚戌，诏曰：「自顷以来，军国多事，未宣文教，非所以整齐风俗，示轨则于天下也。今制自王公已下至于卿士，其子息皆诣太学。其百工伎巧、驺卒子息，当习其父兄所业，不听私立学校。违者师身死，主人门诛。」二月辛未，中山王辰等八将，以北伐后期，斩于都南。癸酉，骠骑大将军、乐平王丕薨。庚辰，行幸庐阙。三月戊戌，大会于那南池。遣使者四辈使西域。甲辰，车驾还宫。癸丑，诏征西大将军、司空、上党王长孙道生镇统万。 |
