42  | 冬十月戊戌，以代迁之士皆为羽林、虎贲；司州之民，十二夫调一吏，为四年更卒，岁开番假，以供公私力役。己酉，曲赦京师。十有一月乙酉，复封前汝阴王天赐孙景和为汝阴王，前京兆王太兴为西河王。闰月丙辰，右将军元隆大破汾州叛胡。十有二月甲子，以西北州郡旱俭，遣侍臣循察，开仓赈恤。乙丑，开盐池之禁，与民共之。丙寅，废皇太子恂为庶人；丁卯，告太庙。戊辰，置常平仓。恒州刺史穆泰等在州谋反，遣行吏部尚书任城王澄案治之。乐陵王思誉坐知泰阴谋不告，削爵为庶人。 |
