《帝纪第三 太宗纪》
5  | 三年春二月戊戌，诏曰：「衣食足，知荣辱。夫人饥寒切己，唯恐朝夕不济，所急者温饱而已，何暇及于仁义之事乎？王教之多违，盖由于此也。非夫耕妇织，内外相成，何以家给人足矣。其简宫人非所当御及执作伎巧，自馀悉出以配鳏民。」己亥，诏北新侯安同等持节循行并、定二州及诸山居杂胡、丁零，问其疾苦，察举守宰不法；其冤穷失职、强弱相陵、孤寒不能自存者，各以事闻。昌黎、辽东民二千馀家内属。三月己未，诏侍臣常带剑。 |
